Connection problems with My Fitness Pal and not receiving notifications.

I haven’t gotten calls or texts or any notifications all year, everything in settings on both Fitbit app and my phone is correct. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and reset my device and restarted my phone. Today My Fitness Pal no longer recognizes my device either and will not give me the option to connect only to buy a new device. I have a Charge 3 and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. What am I missing or doing wrong?

I lose my calls and texts periodically when do not disturb gets turned in overnight from me laying on my Charge. MFP on the other hand stopped syncing at the same time as yours and same problem - it only wants me to buy a new one.
