Constantly needing to sign in to app

iPhone 7 app requires me to sign in each time I open/sync it. I can't log in on wifi but can on 3G.

Hello @Rjburris, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

This seems like a very odd situation, have you updated the Fitbit app recently? We have just released a new version some days ago. If you already have, please try to force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. Also, please restart your phone and log in again. Monitor the app to see if you are asked to log in the next day.

Thanks. The 3G only helps to sign in for that one time. But once I leave the app I need to sign in again and it can't sign in on wifi. I do have the latest app. I'll try your other suggestions. Thanks!
