So I am having problems with the Fitbit app. How do I contact customer support if I don't have a twitter account and DONT want to create one?

I figured it out. I clicked on the icon below this message page and contacted them via messenger.

@TrisRI also found a link to Support email... Clicking on Help at the bottom of the view and then click Support etc and you finish up with this link
