Couldn't complete Covid 19 quiz

I could not complete the Covid 19 quiz to participate in the study.  On the smoking/vaping page, you cannot answer the questions.  Instead of radio buttons, there are right pointing chevrons that do nothing.  I have the latest version of the fitbit app.  Iphone 6 plus, ios 12.4.7

I am sorry to hear you couldn't complete the Covid 19 quiz to participate in the study. I appreciate your interest in the Fitbit COVID-19 study, which is available for any Fitbit account in the US and Canada. Thanks for the details shared, I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Confirm if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as a new version is being released. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log back in to your account and try to take the quiz again.

That did not work. The buttons are missing. This is what I see on that screen:
