Created a new profile

Hi. I was trying to re set my surge and I was unable to log on with my email I registered with after I logged out of the app. I have now inadvertently set up a new profile and all my friends and historical data are gone. Please help get me back to my previous profile???

Are you able to access your other profile from a computer on the Fitbit.com website?

 

Optionally, it's possible to reset the password when desired:

Hi. I tried but it wouldnt recognize my email I registered with. So now I have two profiles 😞
