Current Heart Rate not displayed in IOS app

When I first set up my Charge 2 my current HR would show in the app on my phone. I have not changed any settings but I now only get my resting HR?

For the current HR it just shows — ? Any help would be most appreciated

Hello @Minimanam, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Usually the Fitbit app shows your current heart rate while your tracker is syncing and after it has connected. If you're only seeing dashes (--) please make sure your tracker is getting a read of your heart rate, as this might be the reason is not showing correctly. Adjust it on your wrist and when you're able to see a reading, wait a few seconds before the reading shows in the app. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your phone and that your tracker has been connected or still syncing.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @Minimanam, thanks for taking the time to reply, I hope you're having a great day. Smiley Happy

In this case I would like to suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app, then log back in to it and check if your live heart rate is showing in the tracker and in the app when they start syncing.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
