Hi

Recently the current heart rate is not showing in the app although it is showing on the Charge HR. Is this as a result of the recent update?

I'd i log out and log in again it sometimes appears.

There are lots of historic posts on This issue so I would grateful if someone from Fitbit could respond. If current heart rate should show in app please provide q solution that will work:
None of the solutions I have tried (and I have spend 2 days trying) have worked.....

Thank you

I'm seeing the same problem and at the same time, the top bar in the iOS app that usually shows a picture and name of the Fitbit device and the sync status also disappears. The problem started for me the day the 2.22 release came out so surely there is a connection. Closing the Fitbit app seems to fix it for a while, but after a while it recurs. To close the app, double click the button and then swipe up on the Fitbit app. I generally close all the rest at the same time, but not sure if that part is needed or not.

Welcome guys @Jennhep @SaltonFinneger, hope you both are doing great today! I've found this awesome discussion by my friend @ahmad0420 where he is providing the information to enable the current heart rate data on your devices.

Take it a look and hope that helps for you too!
