I recently got a new phone, installed the fitbit app... and on this new phone, the heart rate isn't showing on the app. If I click on my tracker (I have the Alta HR), it shows the current heart rate, but when I go into the app on my phone and go to the Dashboard, it shows my resting heart rate... but not current bpm.
I have done some troubleshooting... I looked this up online and I have already re-connected my tracker, I have turned the setting from "auto" to "on" for heart rate... I even found how to re-set the tracker and have done that, and of course, sync'd after each one. But... still no current bpm on the Dashboard. Help?

Hi there @Ashley3916, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems seeing your live heart rate on the Fitbit app. Thanks a lot for all your efforts in trying to get this to work. I'd like to help you out.
You should be able to see your current heart rate on the Fitbit app. It sounds like your tracker is syncing fine, so that shouldn't be a problem, however, I can recommend removing your tracker from the connected Bluetooth devices on your phone and then, to set up the tracker as a new device.
For the first part, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". After that, you can proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Additionally, I can recommend making sure that you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this.
PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS app board for categorization purposes.
