I use the Fitbit app to log foods. I have 3 tabs: Frequent, Recent and Custom. In the past, I could enter a key word in Custom like Optavia, and it would populate a list of items that fit that description. Today, the database doesn't exists. Was there an update or a change to the app? This feature was very helpful to me and I'd like to have it available.

I see your using an iOS mobile device to view your Fitbit App. I use the same type. I went to my Fitbit App and my Custom tab works as normal. My Fitbit App is version 3.60 and was updated 22 hours ago. Does your Fitbit App need updated? If not try to log out of the Fitbit App, force shut the app by swiping it upward. Now restart your phone and sign back into the Fitbit App and look to see if a little refreshing resolved the problem.
😃 I’m hoping a simple restart does the trick. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the help. I tried all of that and ended up deleting the app and reloading it. Seems to be working well now.
