Custom HR zone is not showing in AZM tile

I am using iOS app with my Charge 5. I've added a 4th custom HR zone in settings, but it is not showing anywhere is the app dashboards. I set it to be able to see a 4-zone breakdown of HR instead of the default 3, but the custom zone doesn't seem to be reflected anywhere in the app UI.

Hello @YuliaY and welcome to the Community.  You see your custom heart rate zones in two places.  Tap on your profile picture > Activity & Wellness > Heart Settings > Heart Rate Zones > your custom zones are on the left side of the image in a green arrow.  You see them in your exercise details, too.  There is a green bar in your time in heart rate zones and an overlay on the heart rate trace.  You don't see the zones in any of your tiles on the Today screen.
