Yesterday my Fitbit app and Sense updated overnight. Since then my custom HR zones appear correctly in multiple places but not in the Active Zone Minutes, which is where I need it. I did open a case with customer support but they were unable to fix it. I rely on this to manage a chronic illness and I already degraded my condition from yesterdays incorrect readings before I realized.
troubleshooting I’ve tried:
-restarting and Unsyncing/resyncing my sense.
-deleting and downloading the Fitbit app
-deleting my active zone minutes
-changing my birthdate and weight to try and make the automatic formula get closer to my custom settings.
None of this has worked. The last resort would be deleting my account and starting again but I have important past data on the App that helps me track my condition that I don’t want to lose.
