Fitbit device tracks steps and floors while sleeping

 How can I walk 231 steps and climb one floor when sleeping ??  My Watch have no value 😡

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. Because your post didn't mention, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Have you had this issue more than once?

As you may know, our Fitbit devices will record your sleep data once they have detected you're inactive for more than 1 hour. However, if you're moving too much while on bed, it might take those movements as steps by mistake. I understand where you're coming from since you also receive floors climbed. While it's not possible to delete this data, if you haven't done so I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit device to refresh its performance and monitor its behavior.
