Custom food list gone

As of the last update, I can no longer see my entire list of custom foods. I had added well over 30 of my homemade recipes - some I remember what I called them, others I do not. I would like to have the option to see the option returned on the next update. All I see now is frequent and recent.... does anyone else have this issue?

Hello @Suzy1978, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

Are you not able to see every Custom Food or are you missing only a few? In both cases I'd like to recommend logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. In case your custom foods are still not showing, please contact our Support Team, I'm sure they will be happy to assist you further.

I am having about this same issue. My custom foods list is completely gone from the options, and the recent option is greyed out. But when I tap the frequent option, the recent and custom options are back.

I tried logging out, closing the app, and then rebooting my phone. When I logged back in, it's still doing the same thing.

EDIT - updated info. When I tapped frequent this time, it restored recent and custom, and seems to have stored it. I force closed the app and restarted it, and the recent and custom options are still available and correct.

Hi there @ARCinOH and @Suzy1978. Thank you for sharing with us that the list of Recent and Custom food are back. Certainly this is an unexpected behavior. I tried to replicate the issue with my iPhone but I was not able to see the same results. It possible it was an error in the app.
