Why one should  Buy FitBit as there is no customer support post-purchase here in India?

Playing over email is a bad bad idea which I have done in the past with no result-oriented intention from you guys

Hi @GGNJu12462  many products deal only with email support, even in the United States. I've had to use email or live chat (when possible) with many companies as they seem to find it works best for them. Why buy? Because you want to use the Fitbit. The forums are a good source of help and you've already found them. Your local retailer able to help you? Do you have a Fitbit currently?
