I see that you hold your customer service in high standards according to your email. I did speak to a member in search of assistance with the fit bit app. The assistance I received was below average and actually discourage me from wanting to participate in anything dealing with the fit bit. The team member was very condescending and had a very huge lack of knowledge concerning his product.
