I cannot sync my Charge HR with my App.

I have a Charge HR. My initial problem is I cannot update the software, so it isn't speaking to the App on my 'phone. I have tried resetting the Fitbit itself. It is fully charged. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App. It is either saying "Unable to communicate with the Charge HR", or "Pairing refused by Charge HR". Any suggestions?

Hi @Alibooto and welcome to the Community! I would recommend:

 

1. Make sure that you are using version 2.23 of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

2. Restart your Charge HR.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Use the replacement setup instructions listed here to re-pair your Charge HR to your Fitbit account.

If for some reason you can't pair your Charge HR to your Fitbit account using your iOS device, you also have the option of using a different mobile device or computer to re-pair your tracker too. Those instructions are also hyperlinked in step 5.
