FINALLY FIXED ON 10/19 AFTER HAVING SUPPORT TELL ME ITS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. GREAT SUPPORT TRAINING THERE FITBIT!!! Why on earth would you remove the ability to make customize activities? I have at least 100 workouts listed online that flow to my app on iOS. I can choose any of them that were set up before, but anything new will not be an option. Why even have them if you can’t use them? This is a huge thing for me as I use this as my record and calendar. I will be going to an Apple Watch if this doesn’t get changed back soon!

I know how to do it, I've been doing that for years. What I'm saying is no newly created activities show up as available to choose. I have done online chat and emailed support. I got a reply this morning stating that it's no longer available. Here is the reply including the case number.

This is quite odd. I just tried to created a customized activity and I was able to do so successfully. Have you considered restarting your Fitbit app?
Here’s how:
log of your Fitbit app
force shut the app by swiping up
shut down your device completely and wait about 1-2 mins
now turn your device back on
log on to your Fitbit App
now see if you can create customized activities
😃 I thinking that maybe they are not showing up on the Fitbit App because maybe the app needs refreshed. Just a thought. Keep me posted

I did that, still doesn't work. I even went to the website and clicked on the edit pencil next to today's workout. It opens the popup and when i type in the workout, it does not show up. And it's clearly in my list. I have also deleted the app and re-downloaded it.

I apologize for my slow response. In your first snapshot I can see the “create custom activity” link in that snapshot. So it’s so odd it’s not working... or considered no longer available anymore (but the link is clearly there) Deleting your app and reinstalling it was a great idea on your part to try. Sadly I understand it didn’t work. I wish I could be more help but I’m out of ideas. I will keep an eye out and if I hear any updates or fixes I will keep you posted.
