Charge 3 HR is syncing to app and displays sleep duration and sleep score, however when I click to open for stats the screen freezes and app shuts down.

Hi there @Pamtorn, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

In order to sort this out, I recommend following the steps below:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Reinstall the Fitbit app 
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app and log into it
  • When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
  • Try to sync now 

I've moved your post to the iOS App as there are more chances to get better replies here.
