Charge 3 HR is syncing to app and displays sleep duration and sleep score, however when I click to open for stats the screen freezes and app shuts down.

Hi there @Pamtorn, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
In order to sort this out, I recommend following the steps below:
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the app
- Turn off the Bluetooth
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Reinstall the Fitbit app
- Turn on the Bluetooth
- Log back into your Fitbit app and log into it
- When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
- Try to sync now
