Daily Readiness Score Stopped

I had been receiving my Daily Readiness Score for weeks, and then a little over a week ago, it just stopped. Nothing changed between. I wear it more than 14 hours a day, I wear it when I’m sleeping, and it is still tracking both my sleep and heart rate while sleeping. I’ve talked to support many times, but they still haven’t given me a solution. Has this happened to anyone else? Did it resolve? So far, support has told me it’s not getting a heart rate reading (it is… the data is literally traceable in the app), and that I’m taking too many naps (a handful a week, but not at all different from the several weeks before when I was receiving daily readiness scores).

this is happening to me too. I have an Inspire 2 that is less than one year old.

I ended up getting a new phone, and that somehow corrected it for me. I would suggest deleting the app and disconnecting your inspire from Bluetooth. Then re-download and re-setup your device. Might work! After I got my new phone, I went into the app and had to turn on the daily readiness score, but it started putting out a score the very next day.
