Is it a known issue that as of yesterday, the daily activity info is not showing up? I have the Charge 6. When I click on the blank daily activity section, then the data shows up, but at a quick glance, there is nothing in that section of metrics.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'd like to share with you that our team is aware of this issue and as a workaround, I'd like to recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. This has worked for other members, so please give it a try and check if your data shows up correctly afterward.

I am having the same problem. I was going delete the app reinstall to see if that helps. BUT it gives me two options when I click to delete. Option 1 is remove from my phone. The other option is to delete. But it says I may lose my data? I don’t want to lose my data. Please advise.

Thanks for joining this thread and checking the suggestions shared above. I'd suggest trying to delete the Fitbit app from your phone and then install it again as this has helped other members. Please know that the data already synced should stay in your account. Give it a try and let us know if your stats start appearing correctly afterward.

Thanks. I deleted the FitBit app and reinstalled. That did the trick. Hourly Activity is now displaying. Thanks.
