My step count goals have disappeared along with my hourly activity and health metrics. I am unable to set a step goal and have tried restarting my phone, force quitting the app, and restarting my Fitbit, but nothing has worked. I have an iPhone. Help!

Thanks for sharing these details and the steps tried on your own. I'm sorry that you're having this experience. This issue with the daily goals disappearing from the Fitbit app was already escalated to our team so they can further investigate.
As a workaround, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as this has worked for other members. Please give it a try and then try checking your daily goals one more time.

I am having the same issue. When I go to delete the app from my phone (so I can re-download it), I get a warning that says if I delete the app that my data will also be deleted. I don’t want all my Fitbit activity to be deleted. Is there another way to fix this?
