When on the treadmill, I engage the treadmill activity on my Charge 2. When it is logged, I notice it shorts me on steps/distance. So, I manually enter the treadmill activity based on the treadmill data. When I delete the FitBit recorded data, the daily step count does not adjust by subtracting the deleted steps. Aside from not wearing my FitBit when on the treadmill, is there a way to adjust the step count to take into account the deleted activity?

The steps will never match. Different technology for one. Stride is different on the treadmill as well. I jst go with what ever it says and dont worry about it.
It will not delete it as it was pure fitbit steps.
