Dashboard being changed

Is anyone else having problems with the dashboard getting screwed up on the iOS app?  The newest version seems to fix the logout problem (Thanks!) but now every so often when I display the dashboard on my app everything has been changed.  Some display items are gone and others I removed are back.  And entries seem to be in random order.  It's not a big deal to go into "edit" mode and fix the dashboard but it's a pain to have to do it every other day.  Any idea what's going on?  This is also happening to my wife who also has a Charge HR.

Yeah me too. All was fine this morning and when I came home after lunch and wanted enter what I had for said lunch I notice my "Steps" tile and "Distance" are both gone. Both on my ipod touch AND on my computer.
