Under the add friends page in the Fitbit app, there is a clock icon next to some names. It appears next to people i am already friends with and people i am not friends with and because of the icon I can't add them. What does it mean?

Since being a app related question, moved this thread from the Flex to the iOS section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
