Flex won't pair

Bought a flex yesterday and cannot get it to pair with my iPhone 6. The phone just can't find it. I've done all the reboots etc as suggested. The flex is charged up but when I double tap, it does NOT show two lights like the one in the app setup illustration. Instead, the lights flash across, then show a single light which then goes off. Any suggestions - this is insanely frustrating!

Welcome on board @Phillancaster, it's nice to see you around Woman Very Happy! I'd recommend taking a look at the I'm having trouble setting up my tracker article to get the troubleshooting steps to solve this.
