Nothing showing up after vacation

I was on a very active vacation last week and I was looking forward to seeing my steps when I got into better wifi. It shows absolutely nothing. I'm beyond frustrated. I've never been this active. What happened? Yes I had a full charge.

It's nice to see you around my friend @Lilsaba Smiley Very Happy, welcome on board!

If you are switching between time zones it may affect the logging times of your steps. If you notice that you have some steps missing, you can definitely create a manual log by doing this:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com Dashboard.
  2. At the top of the page click Log > Activities.
  3. Click a common activity or search for one If the activity is not in our system, create your own by clicking the Create custom activity text that appears below the search field.
  4. Enter the duration, distance (if applicable), and start time of your activity. You can enter the number of calories burned if you'd like to.
  5. Click Log Activity. Your activity will now be visible and editable in the Logged Activities area.

As a friendly reminder, take into consideration that the manually logged steps will not count as part of the Challenges, if you use a mobile device to update your tracker.

Also, check out this article about traveling with your Fitbit tracker. It has some interesting points if you are using the Fitbit app on a mobile device. This article also has important information when it comes to timezone settings.

Hope this helps!
