Hi folks,
some of my recorded information on the dashboard keeps disapearing..... When I looked at it before I went to bed yesterday I had walked 5 floors but when I looked at yesterdays data this morning it now says I did 0 floors. There are also discrepancies in the number of steps I have walked and calories burned. Is there a problem with the IOS app (im using an iphone 6)

Hi @CBell2017,
I'd recommend restarting your tracker, rebooting your iPhone, opening your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on, and then open the Fitbit App to initiate syncing with your tracker.
It sounds to me that your data simply hasn't synced over to your phone for some reason, but the troubleshoots mentioned above should help you out.
