iOS deleting data

Good evening,

Upgraded from Flex to Charge HR about a week ago, and noticed a few days in that the app wasn't "remembering" my data. It seems to sync fine during the day, but when a new day starts, the dashboard for the previous day is wiped.

I've tried restarting my phone, tracker, and the app itself with no luck. I've also tried manually syncing every day.

Suggestions?

I've had mine for almost two months and in the last week out of nowhere the app doesn't syncs all the way and towards the end of the day all of my data disappears 😞

I've tried resetting the tracker, I've uninstalled the app. I have all of the correct versions. Help!

My HR Charge has just started losing the previous days information when syncing today. I sync'd the device yesterday so there was data there and today it has reset to 0 for everything.

Any ideas?

Hey hey hey @GPORTER @Thompson001 @SunsetRunner welcome to our Community! It's nice to have you here! Smiley WinkI'd suggest you restart your tracker one more time if you already restarted it and then follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker.

Hey @MeylinP, definitely tried all of the above. Randomly, one day, it
started syncing, no problem. Worked great for a week or so, and now having
the same problems.

Definitely disappointed that my ChargeHR can't seem to work properly for
more than a week at a time.
