I'd suggest you restart your tracker one more time if you already restarted it and then follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker.

Hey @MeylinP, definitely tried all of the above. Randomly, one day, it
started syncing, no problem. Worked great for a week or so, and now having
the same problems.
Definitely disappointed that my ChargeHR can't seem to work properly for
more than a week at a time.
