The steps from dashboard are missing

And when I hit edit, I don't see the steps option at all to tap the circle next to all the options.

Hi @MadG, it's great to see new members around. Robot Very Happy Remember that to hide or rearrange tiles, uncheck the circle next to the tile you would like to hide and to rearrange tiles, hold and drag the three lines that appear on the right side of the tile.

Now if you would like to show the hidden tiles try the following: 

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Check the circle next to the tile you would like to show.
  5. Tap Done when finished.

My problem is, that when I hit Edit and go to the bottom of the page, 'STEPS' option is missing from the lineup. So there is no circle to check.

@MadG I can help! I'd recommend the following steps:

 

1. Make sure that your tracker is fully charged.
2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Use the "Replacing A Tracker.." instructions to re-pair your tracker to your account.
