Dashboard is different?

We bought two of the same fitbits, one sync'd to an iphone 6, one to an iphone 6s.

Setup and synced, everything is great.  Except her dashboard is extremely different than mine (and I might include much easier to read and overall better).

My question: How can I get mine to look like hers?  (Her's is the general dashboard picture you see on the website and apple store, mine is the one with very big tiles)

Thanks!

I just want to put in my 2 cents, bring back the circles. The test version was way better than the old one. Navigating through it was a breeze in comparison. Anyway, I'm sure you guys will do the right thing and get this new version out with the right changes. Thanks.

Please change my version back. I almost don't want to look at the app anymore it's so ugly and unflattering without the circles I feel thrown off with the horizontal lines. HELP!!

I much prefer the test version which I was on since I purchased my fitbit over a month ago. I HATE the old view. You guys should make it to where we can choose the layout we personally prefer. I want the one back with the cirlcles and blocks!

@jordynmThats exactly how I feel. I will just leave the app alone altogether and log in on the full site just to see it in an easier layout. The lines are killing me.

Omg! I feel the same way!! I hate it and don't even want to sync!

Mine always showed the number of floors, it was inside the circle on the far left.

My dashboard just switched away from the tiles and the steps circle, which is what I've always had. Is it possible to get that back? It looked so much better! I liked how it switched to green when you met a goal and the icons looked so nice. This "standard" style is so plain and not as easy to use!

It was apparently a test version we had, and hopefully they will be releasing a new version somewhat similar to what we had.

The old one is disgusting in comparison.

That's exactly how I feel. I haven't opened my app all day. I used to check throughout the day.

I like the circles. Everything is in one place and the circle is complete, once your goal is acheived. Also, the screen shoots stars across once all goals are met. I miss the circles. Too bad there isn't a way to choose your own preference. You could have your style and I could have mine. #teamcircles

@DerrickS Thank you for your quick reply. I love seeing everyones differing opinions on the layout. Type A vs Type B, I suppose. Are you guys working on a way to allow users to choose his or her preference?

I vote go back to the tile version of the dashboard. Or at least let customers choose in the settings.

Bring the circles back. Everything was so much easier to see. Or let customers choose.

Why not give us some notification/explanation when you switch the app's looks, I like the old look better..hope you switch it back soon!

Um, I can't stand this tested list style. Mine just changed to it this morning. If it stays, I'm leaving. Fitbit you should have notified people. People who buy your product are concerned about their health, and being healthy means routines in behaviors. You can't just change the app without offering a display choice. I feel my enjoyment of your product is not your concern. The circle style provided encouraging and simple checking. Let me explain this sudden test display change to you. You get up and go to work, but your job has moved 30miles up the road and no address listed. Go find it. Oh but don't worry, when the test is over, your job will be back where it started and rest assured it still gives you access to all the work you need to do. Make it easy for everyone, give us a choice to be "test subjects".

Unfortunately this list style isn't the test version. The circle one was. The list style is the original. Hopefully they let us choose which one we prefer going forward.

To whom it may concern,

I purchased my Fitbit on 2/7, received it, set it up, loved it! (apparently I had the test version) with the big blocks and completion circles and summary screen) I LOVE THIS VERSION! ... Ordered my husband one 2 weeks later, received it, set it up, and his dashboard was completely different than mine. We both HATE his version compared to mine!! This morning I go to sync my app and Fitbit (Charge HR) and now my dashboard looks like my husbands ... UGH ... I'm so upset that it changed. I can not express how much I hate this version. From what I'm reading it sounds like I had a test version and the test is over and now I'm stuck with this aweful old version? Please tell me you are going to change it back! I can't imagine anyone liking the old over the new that has had a chance to use the new! My BFF had the old version too and the minute I showed her what my dashboard looked like she started frantically trying to find a setting to change hers to match mine and she has had her FitBit for several months more than me. I guess if I'd have never had the new version I would be able to live with the old version but you can not givith and then taketh away like that PLEASE!!!!!!!

I had the "new" version too but this morning when I was syncing I noticed mine changed from the big blocks and completion circle to the repetitive lines which I hate! From what I read they were testing and sounds like the test is over and now we all have the "old" lined version. Did yours change too? I'm trying to determine if it is just me. I hate this version .. I want my blocks and circles back 🙂
