Dashboard is different?

We bought two of the same fitbits, one sync'd to an iphone 6, one to an iphone 6s.

Setup and synced, everything is great.  Except her dashboard is extremely different than mine (and I might include much easier to read and overall better).

My question: How can I get mine to look like hers?  (Her's is the general dashboard picture you see on the website and apple store, mine is the one with very big tiles)

Thanks!

When can we switch back from the list to the blocks and circles?? That interface was much more user-friendly and motivating than the bland list that suddenly appeared on my phone a few days ago. I've had my fitbit for a month now and have only known the blocks and circles....did they decide to nix that? Hopefully not...

I had the big tiles and I want them back.  How do I get them back?

Also, my fitbit app has removed the values from the past week!!!! steps, sleep, etc all gone!!!  I want them back please.

Fitbit -- listen to your users. It's not cool to swap interfaces without warning. This is not just a little a/b testing -- this is a major downgrade to the customer experience. Bring back the tiles!

I personally preferred the Big blocks and circular progress bars over the list view I have now (picture included). I hope there will be an option to toggle between the two and not force everyone one way or the other.dashboard.PNG

I'm the opposite I guess. When I got my charge HR (have now upgrades to the Blaze) I had the test dashboard with the tiles and LOVED it. I refuse to even look at the "original" dashboard! I check my stats from the Blaze. The original graph line version is confusing and repetitive to me. 2 of the options are the same thing, I was excited to see this post that I might be able to go to advanced settings and get the test version back, no such luck. The instruction to turn test version on or off is not on my list. Now I'm sad again! Please, please, please make the dashboard design an option/ preference like you do the clock face. It seems like you have people on both sides loving or hating both versions. FITBIT needs to give us the option 😫

Thanks,

Gwen

You have to have updated to the newest version of Fitbit first.

Can we get the old style app back?  The previous version allowed me to see my workout on the app, categorise the exercise to whatever I needed it to be, and showed a really easy graph of time/heart rate.  Really don't like having to go to computer to do this.

I think a lot of people are confused in what they are calling the "old" version as I was. When I got my 1st Fitbit and downloaded the app for the 1st time I got the new test version which had the big tiles, easy to read etc but since my husband got one a couple weeks later and had a completely different line graph version that I hated I researched and realized that the dashboard I started with was actually the new version and my husbands line graph was the old version. Had my husband not got a different version right after me I wouldn't have realized there were 2 versions right away and when it switched back from nee to old I would have thought it was switching from old to new as well. Then the test was over and my app did converted to the same as my husbands which was back to the original and I was so upset. Now they've given us the choice and I've went to my account, advanced settings and was able to change it back to the block graph version. Now I'm a happy happy happy girl again 🙂 good luck! I also just read that your app has to be updated to the latest version in order to get the option in your advanced settings.

Thanks,

Gwen

I agree!  i miss the colors showing progress for the day.  For example, the blue, orange, and then green.  Still have the blue and green, but no progress throughout the day.  I miss that.

The Charge 2 dashboard is great.  I just bought the Charge 3 and find the new display requires a  lot of scrolling up and down to see the current stats.   When will the Charge 2 display be returned as pointed out in these messages.  Right now it is making my purchase seem like a bad decision.

PS:  We have had Flex's, Alta's and Charge 2s before purchasing the 2 Inspires and a Charge 3.
