Hi @tillyws, good to see you around. This certainly is not correct. If you are running the latest version and you have logged out and the issue persist, I wonder if you have restarted your device while you logged out from your Fitbit account?
If the issue persist there was a similar scenario before, that might be of your help. Take a look at this suggestion from @jordy1990.
