Moved this thread from the Flex to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

 

Any chance the tile is hidden?

Welcome to our Community @galenagal! Thanks for stopping by! Man HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner provided you with a great suggestion to resolve this. If you're still having trouble with seeing your steps tile on your iOS device, set up your tracker as a new device by following these steps.
