Data being recorded one hour off after changing clocks.

My Alta hr is still recording data in BST after the clocks went back last night. The time has changed automatically to GMT. I’ve tried logging out and back in again but no change. Is this what normally happens? Or should I delete app and reinstall?

@Bagg3rs  This is a painfully common occurrence when countries change back and forth from their summer hours.  Sometimes the problem will fix itself in a day.  In the meantime, here are the steps to follow to set your time zone manually.  From the app dashboard, tap on your Account icon, then scroll down to Advanced Settings.  In the Time Zone, toggle the Set Automatically to OFF.  Now tap on the Time Zone and start scrolling.  Waayyyyyy down the page, you will find GMT.  Set it to GMT, then sync your tracker.  That should work.
