Hello @saibotk, have you checked to see if the Versa is not in it's DND mode?

Does notifications show up on the phones lock screen and the notiNotificam center?

Have you tried restarting both the versa and the phone?

Have you checked permissions on both thr Fitbit app and the phone?

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Have you made sure that notifications are turned on, on the Versa itself? I see no mention of this.

Hold in left button then swipe left for the quick edit screen.

Hello @saibotk, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @Rich_Laue, thanks for taking the time to help, I appreciate it. Smiley Happy

@saibotk, thanks for sharing your experience and let us know about this issue. As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @Rich_Laue, I would like to suggest you to reset Notifications from the Fitbit app following these steps:

- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.

- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.

- Open the app again and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:

undefined

- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:

undefined

- Tap Pair

- Once you get back to the tracker options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
