iPhone 8 Calories Burned Not tracking

Hi today I have completed 9,297 steps yet the calories burned is only showing 1,281

 

When I reset the app, this temporarily increases to 1,480 then reverts to 1,281

 

Anyone have any solution?

Thanks for trying to reset the app to get the calories to show correctly. I will be moving this thread to the iOS board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try logging out of the Dashboard and then logging back in. That will force the app to reload all data from the servers. Additionally, I'd like to ask if you are using a Fitbit device and if you are seeing a different number of calories in it. Also, has the situation happened on other days or only in this case?

Hi Liz,

This only happened today, I am using the mobile tracker on my iPhone 8

I ave already logged out and no difference

UPDATE:

This is still happening log out or delete mobile tracker calories burned increased amount then within seconds reverts to a lower figure please help
