How to edit tiles on the Dashboard?

I just got back from my walk.  During the walk steps displayed on my app dashboard.  When I just checked it, not even a minute after I got home, the distance is now displayed in Miles.

I cannot find the option to switch it back to steps.  Can someone tell me where this setting is?  All I see in settings are options for miles or kilometers.

I you mean that the steps icon in the top of the app dashboard is missing and the miles icon took it's place as "the big guy", try this.

  1. Press and hold on the miles icon until the icons start to "wiggle" - alternatively you can scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard and press on "Edit".
  2. Hopefully you see the steps icon with a red plus-sign in the upper right corner letting you know it is "addable".
  3. Press on the red plus-sign.
  4. At this time, while still in "wiggle mode" you can change the positioning of the icons by dragging them around on the screen.
  5. Once you are finished, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press on "Done".
  6. You are now good to go.

Good luck.
