My data from 2/19-2/23 has disappeared. In one place it says my last sync was 2/19 at 9:09 but everywhere else I look it's connected and synced. I've restarted my phone, hard closed the app, turned my Bluetooth off/on. What else can I do to get it back? I've also clicked sync now but it stays with the same date of 2/19.

It sounds like although your Fitbit is connected, and trying to sync, it has not actually synced since 19 Feb. and that is why your data is missing.
Sometimes following the instructions to reset up your Fitbit as a replacement device will get you syncing again. This will not affect any of your data. Don't remove your tracker from your account before you do this.
