My fitbit alta is syncing continually however in my fitbit app on my Iphone6(The little cycle icon keeps running) However, when I log in online to see my steps it doesn't have the updated info?

Hi, @debo75, it so nds like it is trying to sync, but hasn't actually synced.
I would suggest working through these sync troubleshooting steps and see if that gets you going again.
