Hi, I just purchased a brand new Fitbit charge and connected it. I saw a few steps the first hour I wore it and then suddenly it jumped to 7800 steps and I can see data going back over a week. Why is this happening and how do I clear it please?

Hi @Fitmr, welcome to the Forums! It seems that the Charge is over counting your steps. But, don't worry, you can go ahead and delete that data by following the instructions on this article. And to avoid this from happening again, try to restart your tracker. I'm pretty sure it'll work.
