Steps from previous days not saving

So I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my iPhone 6 Plus. I also tried doing a reset of my Charge HR from a video found on YouTube. It'll then save for a few days, but after a week's worth of use it screws up again. Disappointed. Any solutions I'm not thinking of?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @MattMcNasty! Based on what you've said I understand that your tracker is not syncing. If that's the problem, I recommend following these instructions to bring it back to sync. If that is not the problem, could you provide me with more details about it?
