Charge won't connect

I have tried everything! I have restarted it, updated my phone, re-download the app, tried it on someone else's phone and nothing is working. I hold the button for 3 seconds and the stop watch starts so it works but it won't connect.

Exactly the same problem
Keep getting a stopwatch and can't sync
There seems to be no communication between Samsung s5 and charge..... Disappointed as this is the 4th Fitbit in the family and very happy with the rest!

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Monazoo @Haleyanne! If you're having issues while syncing your trackers, I recommend following the instructions provided here. Make sure that there's no other bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting up your tracker as a new device may also bring back to sync.
