Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Dwj6! I'd like to know where are you having this problem, mobile device or online Dashboard? If it's a mobile, have you checked if it's running the latest version of the Fitbit app? If it's in the Online Dashboard, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Using another a different browser may also help.
