So I have had my Charge HR for about 3 weeks. It stopped syncing on the 2nd day. I have called support 4 times and chatted 4 times. The last time today. I have been given 4 different ways to "factory reset" the device. the last method corrected the time and date display and it synced for about 3 days. the last method was located at http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/Why-can-t-I-set-up-my-new-tracker-using-the-Fitbi...
I have had a case number for 1 week. Was told the "specialists" would call me back in a day. Still have not heard. My phone and Ipad can't locate the device. The device wont sync again. That's it I'm done with this device. This is one of the worst devices I have ever purchased. Fitbit should look hard and long at this problem, lots of folks are expeiencing the same.
Customer service is terrible. I'm returning the device then going on social media to spread the word.
Fitbit has failed as a company!!!

I have a fitbit One and after it sync it. It does not have the same steps that is recorded. There is about 2000 steps different then that. This is after the syncs.
It took a couple mins after that it finally resync before it became accurate
