Data not showing up in Health steps tracking

Apps and phone update. Fitbit records steps data, but isn’t updating the Apple Health app. I don’t run with my phone or usually walk with it either. I’ve tried “forgetting” the device and reinstalling, but it’s still relaying info from the Fitbit to the Health app. Please help.

To clarify: the Fitbit app isn’t talking to the Apple Health app. Apps are up to date.

I have had same problem since Jan 27, 2024—I migrated Fitbit acct to Google acct in hope that it would some problem, also tried disconnecting/reconnecting iPh to Fitbit app, but Fitbit app still has not shown any steps since Jan 27. 
Searched Community for help back in Feb-Mar, but couldn’t find anybody else experiencing similar prob, until now.
Hope someone will be able to provide info to correct this glitch.

*I have Fitbit app installed on iPh (first iPh6Plus & now iPh14Pro), & have free version of PowerSync app to manually sync steps. Everything worked w/o probs until Jan 27.
