Data not syncing correctly after app update.

I had 2042 steps on my Charge 2 when I updated the app this morning.  Both my Charge and my iPhone 6 app have been stuck there ever since.  Any activity I do (treadmill, etc) initially records but then eventually starts dwindling back down to the original 2042 steps.  Very frustrating.  I've tried multiple trouble shooting ideas to get things to work and no-go.

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the app is not refreshing the information correctly. To verify this, please go to the activity section of the online Dashboard after syncing your tracker and if you're able to see the right amount of steps and activities here, let's try the following:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
