My fit bit charge 2 shows that I have accomplished 10 hours of 250+ steps per hour; however my IPhone 6 fit bit app shows that I have only accomplished 9 hours of 250+ steps per hour.  How do I correct the data shown on my IPhone fit bit app?  fit bit says 10 out of 14fit bit says 10 out of 14fit bit app says 9 out of 14fit bit app says 9 out of 14

Is there a date on when the fix will be released?  Your statement was over a month ago and my blaze still doesn't sync with my app correctly. That is all the moderators keep saying is it is a known issue but no update

Hi Fleetguru. I e-mailed Fitbit support and all they told me is that they are working on the issue. I have yet to hear about a fix. Very frustrating.Smiley Frustrated
