Data synced to the incorrect date

Fitbit didn’t sync to phone automatically, so it was displaying the wrong date and time. When it finally did sync, all my data was applied to the incorrect dates. How do I fix this?

Hi @cmr81. It's nice to have you on board!

I'm glad that your Fitbit device was able to sync, and thanks for bringing this to my attention. Currently there isn't an option to adjust the data to the correct date. Most trackers store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data, but if your device doesn't sync within that time frame, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. I'm sorry that this is happening and what I'd recommend is to keep the Fitbit app updated and the All-day sync enabled so your Fitbit device can regularly sync. If you happen to have issues to sync, you can always try the tips from our help article.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
