Where barcode scans have failed to pick up anything in the fitbit library, I’ve been faithfully typing the nutritional facts into the app with the “Add Custom Food” option. At some point though, the decimal point on the keyboard disappeared and despite restarting my phone and the application various times, the decimal on the keypad has never returned. Also, if I tried keying in the calories, it would be logged as zero.
You are right, @Rich_Laue, I am in fact referring to the app and not my Charge 4 itself (and not the website). I may have posted in the wrong category.
Best AnswerIs it possible to move my post to the other forum or should I just delete this one and re-post it on the app forum?
Best AnswerI noticed other users have brought this up in another thread... But nope, I haven’t saw or experienced a solution yet. It is kinda frustrating. It used to work two months ago!
If you would like Fitbit to respond, you may want to ask Fitbit support.
If you would like help from the community of Fitbit users, you are in the right spot.
However the title is not very descriptive and originally posted under tracker, not app support. This is how I got involved. I could move the thread to manage weight, maybe you can get help there.
In android when I go to add food, I'm greated with an android keyboard asking me to inter a number. Am I really suppose to figure out to the tenth of a calorie in that apple I ate?
