Hi,

when logging custom food, the decimal point key is missing. Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same thing. The decimal point is missing when entering custom foods.
I’m glad the calories are showing again after today’s update!

Same here. No decimal point yet. It’s so important to have that!  I hope they can fix it soon! 😺

just got 3.20.1 953 and still no decimal point. Does anyone from Fitbit read these posts? Not been able to add exact macros via iOS app for a while now.

Same here.  I am going to submit a message to customer service to make sure they are aware the decimal point disappeared when entering custom food.

Hi again,

Just updated to 3.21 (955) and still no decimal point. It is pretty much impossible to enter correct macros on the iOS app now.  The barcode scan is inaccurate and the only way to enter correct macros is via the website.

Hi, not the easiest but if you type the information with the decimal point in your notes or messages and then copy and paste it into the fitbit custom foods this should work
